During a routine, a pig as W.C. Fields calls a dog after an animal falls through the ice and the dog offers a drink. The pig fakes a fall, then uses a magnet and bones. The magnet catches a drunk fish that grabs an axe, caps a skater and drags the pig onto the rink, where the stunt wins first prize; the pig fills the cask and the fish swims away.
