A stark portrait of unemployed inner‑city youths living on society’s fringe, the volatile drama implies that violence might be seen as a way to correct social injustices. It follows two teenage gangs who terrorize their neighborhoods, driven by a ruthless “desire equals acquisition” philosophy. Their anarchic rivalry culminates in a violent clash at a concert.
