After being betrayed by her powerful, corrupt senator husband, his wife exposes his fraud. When one of his mistresses kills herself, he has his secret son kidnapped and taken to a rich seaside resort on the southern coast. The senator then asks another former lover to look after the boy, and their bond grows beyond a simple caretaker‑child dynamic.
