A rogue arm at Parallax Computer Systems triggers a surge that corrupts four programs—Megahert, Indexx, Null and Minus—into viruses. Four Computer Warriors—Romm, Gridd, Micron and Scanner—pursue them on circuit‑board gliders. The viruses flee into the real world, weaponizing objects, but the Warriors trap each one with CD‑Rom devices.
