Simon Aubert has built his life on a foundation of lies, deceiving those around him as an executive at an aviation company. His constant dishonesty catches up to him when the universe intervenes, seemingly orchestrated by a group of Buddhist monks, and forces his lies to become reality. This bizarre turn of events occurs just as he prepares for a critical meeting with a Russian businessman, a meeting vital to saving the local plant where his twin brother works and prevent its closure.
