Ankit's diamond insurance company lost a client's diamonds worth ₹20 crores, leaving him deep in debt to the same client. After Ankit and Neha were attacked by goons sent by the client, Neha suffered a miscarriage. Desperate to pay off the debt and seeking revenge, Ankit convinced Neha to join him in stealing diamonds that Minister Harish Sanyal was smuggling out of Al-Barkat.

After learning that Ankit only pretended to love her and planned to use her for the robbery, Neha recruited her old accomplice Sudhanshu Roy to help stage the hijacking. She brought together a team including Jinu, Nikki, and Abbas who posed as passengers before revealing themselves as hijackers. Neha also d Kamal Malik, the real Flight Marshal, to incapacitate him during the chaos. The entire hijacking was staged to steal the diamonds and frame Ankit.

Sudhanshu Roy was Neha's former accomplice who posed as a Flight Marshal during the hijacking. He killed the fake hijackers (his own teammates) to make it appear as if he had rescued the passengers. In reality, he worked with Neha to execute the elaborate revenge scheme, stealing the real diamonds while making the entire event look like a genuine terrorist attack.
