Chance Pe Dance

Sameer Behl, a handsome boy from Delhi, moves to Mumbai aspiring to become a film hero. Despite his talent, he faces constant rejection and struggles in auditions, managing only small roles such as a lungi ad. His passion keeps him optimistic despite the challenges he encounters.

Sameer takes up various jobs, including working as a courier and a dance teacher, to pay his bills. He is often unreliable at work, such as being fired from his courier job for punctuality issues. His financial situation remains difficult as he continues to chase his Bollywood dreams.

While dancing at a club, Sameer catches the eye of director Rajeev Sharma, who then offers him the lead role in his dance-based film. Sameer is thrilled and excited about this breakthrough, although he doesn't secure a formal contract at this stage. Tina, a choreographer, is also involved in this project.

Sameer finds himself sleeping in his car after losing his rented apartment due to unpaid rent. His supposed friend Gaurav abandons him, refusing to help and repay loans, leaving Sameer increasingly isolated. Despite these hardships, he remains determined to succeed.

To sustain himself, Sameer accepts a teaching job at a school, earning a modest salary. Although the school's dance team is historically last in competitions, Sameer sees an opportunity to inspire his students and revive their interest in dance. His nickname becomes Soyabean among the students.

Sameer motivates his students to participate in an inter-school dance competition, showing them that dance can be an art form. Tina, a choreographer and the sister of one of his students, supports him and reveals her feelings. Sameer begins to believe in his talent again.

Rajeev Sharma announces a dance competition where the winner lands a role in his new film. Sameer is asked to participate but loses out due to his lack of formal contract and the opportunity slips away. Tina learns about this disappointment, and Sameer begins to feel disheartened.

Despite setbacks, Tina convinces Sameer to enter a reality dance contest, promising him a shot at his dream role. Sameer dedicates his performance to his mother and secretly hopes for redemption. He also confesses his feelings to Tina, expressing his love for her.

After a heartfelt screen test, Sameer learns that his father’s shop in Delhi has been demolished. Heartbroken, he leaves Mumbai to meet his father, seeking closure and support. His father encourages him to return and pursue his dreams back in Mumbai.

With his father’s support, Sameer returns to Mumbai and convinces the show’s director to allow him to perform despite his late entry. His determination pays off when he wins the contest, earning a chance at stardom and restoring his hopes.

Sameer emerges as the winner of the talent contest, earning the role he always dreamed of. The film concludes with him walking the red carpet as a hero, celebrating his success alongside Tina. His perseverance finally pays off, marking a new chapter in his life.
