Cencoroll

In the town modeled after Sapporo, Tetsu hides a shapeshifting creature named Cenco. Yuki spots Cenco at school when it briefly becomes a bicycle. When Tetsu arrives to retrieve the bicycle, Yuki accidentally pokes it in the eye, causing Cenco to revert to its large form. The moment reveals the creature's existence and Tetsu's attempt to keep it secret.

Yuki continues to follow Cenco and Tetsu into town. Shū, who controls two creatures, confronts them. Tetsu fights to protect Yuki and fend off Shū's attacks, and he manages to incapacitate one of Shū's creatures.

After the skirmish, Shū confronts Yuki again and forces her to relay a message to Tetsu: meet and fight Shū again. The threat raises stakes as both sides prepare for a confrontation.

The following day, Shū abducts Yuki to coerce Tetsu into coming to him. He places her on the ledge of a tall building, creating a dangerous standoff. Tetsu responds despite being temporarily injured.

Tetsu arrives as Shū's ranged attack cuts off one of Cenco's arms. In a desperate move, Cenco removes one of Tetsu's arms to repair the damaged limb, leaving Tetsu momentarily incapacitated.

Shū brings a much larger creature to the confrontation. Cenco pulls Yuki inside its body where Tetsu is already present, attempting to shield them both from Shū's assault.

Inside the creature's body, Yuki persuades Cenco to transfer control from Tetsu to herself. The dynamic shifts as Yuki gains authority over the creature's actions.

Shū's larger creature eventually consumes Cenco along with Yuki. However, Yuki survives and, to a surprising turn, takes control of the enormous creature, effectively turning the predator into her puppet.

The military arrives with tanks and missiles, threatening to end the spectacle. Yuki uses Cenco to reshape the large creature into a massive walnut, providing temporary protection for Tetsu and Yuki.

Tetsu and Yuki are separated as Shū attempts to retake control, but cannot. He severs the link, effectively killing the large creature and eliminating his rival's hold.

Tetsu returns with Cenco to where Yuki and Shū are. Yuki uses Cenco transformed into a baseball bat to knock Shū out, freeing herself from his influence.

In a final twist, Yuki transforms Cenco back into Tetsu's lost arm, restoring his limb and his control over Cenco. The recovery also reunites Tetsu with his companion and marks a turning point in their alliance.

Shū survives the aftermath and is rescued by his other creature. The post-battle scene suggests the creature conflicts are ongoing and far from resolved.
