Orphan Curtis Newton, known as Captain Future, lost his parents aboard an artificial satellite when he was an infant. His scientist father had left Earth to pursue research on the station with his colleague, the aging genius Dr. Simon Wright. Anticipating his own death, Wright transfers his mind into a mechanical container; together they construct a powerful robot and an advanced android.
