The short film presents a series of oddball curiosities from people and nature across the United States, echoing the tone of the classic “Believe It or Not” series. It features Milwaukee’s quirky Monkey Island, a Salt Lake City boy who wrestles his pet lion, a tree that sprouts from a courthouse’s stone roof, a Pennsylvania well shaft that inexplicably freezes in summer and thaws in winter, and the colorful town crier of Provincetown, Massachusetts, among other remarkable sights.
