A biographical drama follows Bill “Bojangles” Robinson, the African‑American tap‑dance star who thrilled stage and screen. By 1916 he was a celebrated vaudeville headliner, praised as the finest tap dancer of his generation, and later the highest‑paid Black entertainer. Yet his personal life was marked by tragedy, and he died broke and alone.
