Blow the Man Down

Priscilla and Mary Beth attend their mother Mary Margaret's funeral in Easter Cove. During the wake, tension arises as Mary Beth protests their situation and plans to leave the small town to escape their problems. Priscilla argues they should stay and take care of what’s left of their family.

After her fight with Priscilla, Mary Beth goes to a bar where she meets Gorski. They drink together, and Mary Beth ends up driving Gorski's car, which results in a crash. She discovers blood in his trunk, raising suspicion about his activities.

Gorski becomes aggressive when Mary Beth notices the blood and mentions the gun she saw in his glove box. Fearful, Mary Beth flees, but Gorski pursues her. She retaliates by stabbing him with a harpoon and subsequently kills him with a brick.

Priscilla and Mary Beth hide Gorski’s body by cutting off his arms to fit him into a cooler. They then throw the cooler off a cliff into the ocean, attempting to dispose of the evidence secretly.

Officer Justin Brennan searches the shoreline with Priscilla and finds the body of a young woman, Dee, who was shot. This marks the start of local investigations into the mysterious deaths in town.

The police interview Enid Devlin and the Oceanview girls, focusing on their involvement in illicit activities. Brennan grows suspicious of Enid, believing she may have had a role in Dee’s death, while others, like Coletti, are more trusting of her.

Brennan and Coletti find Gorski’s car filled with guns, strengthening their suspicion that he is connected to the murders. Meanwhile, Mary Beth finds Gorski's stash of cash in his home.

Enid tries to manipulate the situation, denying involvement in Dee’s death while hiding bloodstained boots. Tension rises between her and the Connolly girls as they confront her about the crimes and their stolen money.

Enid becomes angry during a confrontation, refuses to cooperate, and collapses after a heated argument. Meanwhile, Alexis overhears a voicemail revealing Dee's safe code, leading her to suspect Enid's guilt, and she eventually smothers Enid to death.

Gail shows the police the cooler containing Gorski’s body, and Brennan decides to pursue the case more aggressively. The townspeople, including Susie, are aware of the crimes, and suspicion shifts toward the local figures and the shared secrets they keep.
