As a radical movement gains influence in America, pregnant women face increasing restrictions and dangers, becoming casualties in a battle over reproductive rights. This documentary explores the troubling reality of women incarcerated, subjected to physical violations, and facing life-threatening situations due to states, courts, and religious doctrine controlling healthcare decisions. The film highlights the devastating consequences of these policies, turning expectant mothers into criminals and triggering a public health crisis that threatens fundamental constitutional protections for all women.
