Billy Frankenstein

Billy, his mother Sandy, and aunt Thelma arrive at the old castle, where Billy discovers an old book about life and death, along with a map leading to the basement. This sets the stage for the discovery of the Frankenstein monster and the events to follow. The castle, up for auction, becomes the central location for the story.

Billy finds the inanimate Frankenstein monster in the basement of the castle and inadvertently activates it while exploring. The monster, confused and friendly, comes to life but is not threatening. Billy befriends the creature and begins to understand it is gentle, despite its frightening appearance.

While Billy falls asleep, the monster comes to life and later escapes from the basement. Billy wakes up to find the monster missing, prompting him and Bloodstone, who has been hired to oversee the situation, to search for him. The monster begins to wander outside the castle grounds.

Billy encounters the monster in the village and manages to befriend him. To hide him from the prying eyes of others, Billy disguises the monster as his grandmother and helps him escape into the nearby village, attempting to keep him safe from potential threats.

The friendly creature starts to lose energy and power, prompting Billy and Bloodstone to take him back to the castle basement for recharging. This highlights the monster’s fragile state and the ongoing effort to bring him back to life properly.

Billy's father, George, arrives home and reveals he has been fired from his job. Despite this, he believes his inheritance will help them retain the castle, but Billy and Sandy are concerned about raising funds to purchase it, leading to plans to invite Sloane for a dinner discussion.

Otto von Sloane and his companion Fraulein visit the castle, inspecting it with interest. Meanwhile, Frogg, the policeman, disguises himself as a cable guy to secretly monitor the house, adding tension to the events surrounding the castle's ownership.

Billy and Bloodstone attempt to bring the monster back to life, and although they leave believing they have failed, the monster shows signs of awakening. The creature begins to stir, creating anticipation of its return, while Thelma reacts with shock upon seeing him.

While shopping, George and Sandy buy a Frankenstein doll for Billy, and Sloane and Fraulein visit the castle again. Sloane mistakenly believes the disguised monster is Frogg, leading to a series of misunderstandings that cause Sloane and Fraulein to flee in fear.

The family, along with Bloodstone and Frogg, start making money by offering tourist attractions featuring the Frankenstein monster, including photo opportunities and guided tours of the lab. The castle becomes a local attraction, capitalizing on its spooky reputation.

During a tour of the castle, a young girl pulls a lever in the lab and unintentionally electrocutes herself, transforming into a bride of Frankenstein. This bizarre event adds a humorous and surreal element to the ongoing chaotic proceedings.

At the end of the film, the lawyer, still searching for Billy and the monster, asks Dracula for directions, hinting that they are heading towards Transylvania where more supernatural surprises await. The closing scene hints at continued adventures or chaos involving the characters.
