Kundan, tired of the constant assaults by corrupt cops and criminals in the rugged hill towns, decides to start anew in Mumbai, taking along his younger brother Kisna with the help of the principled lawyer Satyaprakash and his daughters Pooja and Meenu. In the city, Kundan lands a job as an auto driver, begins sending Kisna to school, and the brothers gradually trade their old life for a bold, urban existence. The move sets the stage for a clash between worlds—one ruled by ruthless power and another by stubborn resilience.

As Mumbai’s streets simmer with ambition, the rivalry between Don David and Malik intensifies, while a scheming minister named Mantri tries to tilt the balance to his own profit. Satyaprakash is murdered by David’s men, and Kisna, a witness to the crime, tells Kundan what he saw. When David learns that Kisna plans to go to the police, he orders Kisna’s elimination, and Kisna is killed in the assault. The loss devastates Kundan and ignites a brutal quest for vengeance. He begins to strike back, taking down the don’s men one by one, with the steadfast support of the honest Inspector Lalit and a close-knit community that stands by him, including loyal allies like Shakti Kapoor. He refuses to bend to Malik or the corrupt system that enables them.

Kundan’s rise is swift and fearsome: he becomes “Bhai,” a don who is loved and feared in equal measure. He marries Pooja, and together they welcome a son named Kisna, even as Pooja worries about the dangers his path invites for their family. Meenu joins him in his crusade, tightening the circle of loyalty around him. Yet the coalition of Mantri, Malik, and David presses harder to topple him, using every tool at their disposal to neutralize Kundan. A brutal turn comes when Kisna is taken to the hospital by Kundan’s friends and Meenu; the attackers strike again, killing many, though Ganesh briefly saves Kisna and brings him back to his father.

Kundan is arrested on false murder charges as enemies scheme to drive him into the jungle to finish him off. In a daring bid for freedom, he escapes in a police jeep that his enemies set ablaze, driving it off a waterfall and into a river. Malik, David, Mantri, and other corrupt cops pursue him through the dense jungle, but Inspector Lalit arrives in time to cut his handcuffs, turning the odds. What follows is a brutal melee where Kundan fights through the terrain he knows best, eliminating goons one by one and even taking down the helicopter bearing Mantri’s henchmen. Finally, after a grueling confrontation, Kundan surrenders to Lalit, and the film closes on a note of closure with a heartfelt homecoming and a peaceful reunion between the two men.
