Against the backdrop of war-torn Kinshasa, an extraordinary band of street musicians emerges. Staff Benda Bilili is formed by four musicians with paraplegia and three able-bodied men, who use customized tricycles to navigate the city and share their music. The group features singer-guitarists Ricky, Coco, Junana, and Coude, whose harmonies tell powerful stories, accompanied by a youthful rhythm section led by teenage prodigy Roger and his unique satongé guitar.
