The battery is loaded into an ice cream truck steered by the Joker, who coerces Shoto into helping with a menacing prank designed to bend Gotham's pulse. The stunt shows how the villains weaponize everyday life to sow chaos. The city holds its breath as the plan unfolds.

Bruce Wayne, Oliver Queen, and Dick Grayson attend an Inca exhibit at the Gotham Museum where Cyborg’s Rose Stone energy source is showcased.
