Bankrolled (2021) Plot Summary & Ending Explained

The ending of Bankrolled shows the consequences of the impulsive and reckless behavior of Polo and Blas. After Polo takes all the credit for their startup idea, SignNow, Blas retaliates by secretly hacking and modifying the app. He removes features that allow users to showcase their philanthropy, which sparks a wave of criticism and causes the app—and ultimately the startup—to fail. This failure leads to Bankrolled’s bankruptcy, and the friends’ friendship is severely strained, resulting in Blas moving back in with his parents.
