Bittoo Sharma, a street-smart and fun-loving young man, begins his journey as someone who loves to have a good time and finds creative ways to enjoy life. The movie kicks off with him collecting money from friends and acquaintances to gatecrash weddings just to indulge in the delicious food served there. His clever and slightly mischievous personality shines through as he comes up with humorous schemes to satisfy his cravings.

One day, during a wedding, Bittoo encounters Shruti Kakkar, a sharp and intelligent woman who assists a wedding coordinator. She quickly becomes suspicious of him because she notices he doesn’t seem to belong to the wedding party and assumes he’s stealing food. Despite her suspicions, Bittoo’s friend, a wedding videographer, makes her believe that Bittoo is part of the film crew, giving him a chance to blend in. As Bittoo observes Shruti dancing at the event, he records her performance and later, determined to impress her, hands her a DVD of the footage with her name and college details. She accepts his gift and learns about his lively personality, which sparks her curiosity.

Shruti shares her dream of starting a wedding planning business, boldly stating she’s given herself five years to make it successful before her family arranges her marriage. Meanwhile, Bittoo’s father comes to take him back to their village to work in the fields, but Bittoo refuses, fabricating a story that he and Shruti are partners in a business venture. When he approaches her with this idea, she dismisses it, worried that romantic feelings might complicate their professional relationship. Nonetheless, Bittoo is persistent, promising that love won’t interfere with their ambitions.

Despite her initial refusal, Shruti eventually seeks to learn more about the wedding industry and meets the renowned wedding planner Chanda, played by Shena Gamat. Shruti hopes to learn the trade, but her eagerness backfires, and she nearly ruins her chances for employment. It is at this critical moment that Chanda notices Bittoo waiting outside her office and offers him a job, citing his strength for heavy lifting. Bittoo agrees, but on one condition: that Shruti be hired as well, asserting they are partners in this venture. Chanda agrees, and soon the two set out to organize weddings, quickly discovering they make an excellent team.

Their first few projects are small but successful, and their partnership begins to flourish. As they work closely, they plan numerous events, gradually climbing the social ladder and moving into affluent neighborhoods of Delhi. Their professionalism and chemistry impress their clients, winning them high-profile weddings and recognition in the industry. Their second big success involves planning a lavish wedding for an influential couple, stealing the client away from Chanda in the process.

Amidst their professional triumphs, a deeper connection develops. After a grand wedding celebration, both Bittoo and Shruti indulge in drinks and share a warm hug—this moment sparks something more. Their night ends with them sharing an intimate moment, and they make love. Bittoo wakes up the next day, overwhelmed with worry and guilt, and tries to act casual, which creates tension. In the following days, Shruti begins calling Bittoo “dear,” signaling her growing feelings, but Bittoo, feeling unsure and caught between love and business, becomes awkward and distant, wary of mixing emotion with their professional lives.

As their miscommunication deepens, Shruti notices Bittoo acting cold and distant, eventually leading to a heated argument that results in her breaking their partnership and leaving Bittoo to start his own wedding planning business. Their rivalry intensifies, and both struggle independently, unable to replicate their earlier success. Their egos, combined with their financial struggles, push them into debt, with Shruti even resorting to sharing her bed with men to make ends meet.

However, fate intervenes when a major client offers them a big contract, but only if they work together once again. The former lovers reconcile just in time, teaming up for the wedding of a bride who was an early guest at their first joint event. They divide responsibilities, carefully working through their differences, and finally find their rhythm again. When the lead performer has to withdraw last minute due to injury, Bittoo and Shruti perform together, rekindling their magic. The wedding celebration is a great success, and the next day, Bittoo openly admits to Shruti that they should become partners again.

However, Shruti reveals that she intends to marry Chetan and move to Dubai in two months. Bittoo is stunned and vehemently opposes her plans, feeling that their love is being sacrificed. He pesters her about her engagement, suspecting she might be using it as a way to make him jealous, especially after realizing she might have fallen for him. Despite her assurances that her marriage is for practical reasons, and she has indeed fallen in love with him, Bittoo struggles with his feelings, feeling afraid of losing her forever. His desperation leads him to secretly contact Chetan, stealing his phone number from Shruti’s phone to call him and claim that she belongs to him.

The confrontation reaches a climax when Shruti finds Bittoo waiting on a rooftop. With raw honesty, Bittoo confesses his love and admits he has been a fool to run away from it. Shruti, overwhelmed by his words, finally calls off her engagement, and they share a passionate kiss. The movie concludes with a joyful wedding scene, where both Bittoo and Shruti celebrate their love, dancing together amidst family and friends, symbolizing a new beginning filled with hope and happiness.
