A homeless, blood‑thirsty woman named Marcy lives in the New Jersey Pine Barrens. When a sales executive asks her for directions during a business trip, she becomes obsessed, tracks him down, and imprisons him, subjecting him to brutal sexual and violent abuse. He must find a way to escape before she makes him her next meal.
