Professor Bruce Patterson, engaged to Helen Bushmill, is perpetually fending off the advances of his younger female students. When Helen goes on vacation he stays in her apartment, only to find Libby, Helen’s 17‑year‑old daughter, whom he mistakenly thinks is another student. During the visit Libby attracts the attention of the neighbour, Mike.
