A demon named Karkotakudu lands on Earth with a plan to obliterate humanity. The backstory reveals that to protect the world, Akkamma must herself be arrested by a supernatural force, a sacrifice that hinges on a Simha Rashi sign.

Karkotakudu launches several attempts to kill Rajeshwari, testing her resilience from the outset. Each attempt is thwarted by Rajeshwari's faith in Akkamma and her growing protective powers.

Rajeshwari marries Prasad, the heir to a wealthy family, with motives tied to wealth and influence. Prasad's relatives drug him to keep him mentally unstable so they can seize control of the fortune.

As Rajeshwari's divine power deepens, she intervenes to shield her husband from the cruelty of his own relatives. Her actions thwart their schemes and strengthen their bond.

Rajeshwari gives birth to a child, marking a new chapter for the couple. Her motherhood deepens her commitment to protecting the family against dangerous forces.

Karkotakudu returns with renewed force to kill Rajeshwari. Akkamma appears in human form to rescue Rajeshwari and defend the family from the demon's assault.

Prasad is afflicted by a dangerous dosha that threatens his life and fate. Rajeshwari, aided by Akkamma, eradicates the dosha and protects him from harm.

Their child is forcibly killed, and the village is misled into believing Rajeshwari is responsible. The family uses the tragedy to turn the community against her, and she is cast out.

Under the demon's influence, Prasad's relatives push Rajeshwari out of the house, intensifying the estrangement and danger she faces.

To maintain the balance of the universe, Akkamma is forced to go under arrest. Karkotakudu attacks Prasad again, but Rajeshwari's faith and love protect him while the status symbols of marriage are stripped away to cast her as a widow.

In a symbolic rite, goddesses donate kumkuma, mangalsutra, red sari, and other ornaments to restore Rajeshwari's identity as a married woman. A temple ceremony seals this renewal.

Overwhelmed by the trials, Rajeshwari leaps into the fire, hoping to free Akkamma and end the curse. The fire grants her a divine form as Narasimhi, and she uses her power to kill Karkotakudu, restoring balance.

Akkamma reveals that Rajeshwari's child survived and was cared for. Prasad recovers his health and the couple reunites, ending with a celebratory Jai Mata Di.
