The Montoro family heads to Cullera’s beach: father Manuel, mother Soledad, sixteen‑year‑old twins Sergio and Estíbaliz (who could not be more different) and five‑year‑old Álex. A typical holiday traffic jam delays them, and when they finally reach the aparthotel they learn their booked flat has been rented out because they arrived after 6 p.m. After a tense discussion they are assigned a smaller, imperfect apartment. Their vacation proves far from ideal, yet it unfolds into a series of unexpected and unforgettable adventures.
