The film follows instructor Lissa Bengston as she guides a class of three‑ and four‑year‑olds through their first swimming lessons in a pool. A member of Sweden’s Royal Academy of Physical Education in Stockholm, Bengston argues that at this age children are fearless in water and can readily develop natural swimming skills.
