A Swedish animal‑rights action thriller takes place on a U.S. military base commanded by Colonel Whitlock, who hides illegal chemical‑bioweapon research behind a veneer of animal testing. CIA agents Lomax and Santino are sent to uncover his world‑domination plot, while a fanatical activist group raids the lab to liberate the tortured animals, setting Whitlock’s brutality and the spies’ scheming against the activists’ desperate hope.
