Alix encounters talking animals, a moon that changes color, and a benevolent Llorona. As she navigates this inverted reality, she strives for happiness with Conejo's support. He grapples with unexpected feelings for her, and despite needing her to secure his freedom—his girlfriend is pregnant—he feels compelled to protect them both, ultimately making a significant sacrifice to secure a hopeful future for them.
