Adam Joan

Adam, a wealthy Kerala businessman, meets Amy, a Jewish girl who sings in a choir. They fall in love and decide to marry. The early years of their union are spent in Kerala as their bond grows.

Amy becomes pregnant and is kept in Scotland by Adam's brother Unni, his wife Swetha, and their mother Nirmala. Adam returns to Kerala to manage plantation business. Amy's stay in Scotland sets Ila's future life apart from Adam.

Amy dies from childbirth complications. Ila is born and left in the care of Adam's brother and sister-in-law in Scotland. Adam never visits Ila, convinced the pregnancy caused Amy's death.

Grief strains their family ties, and Adam distances himself from Ila, leaving her in Scotland with relatives. Ila grows up without knowing her father. Adam's guilt festers as years pass.

Seven years pass and Adam returns to Scotland after his mother is killed and Ila is kidnapped by unknown assailants. He enlists his childhood friend Cyriac to help investigate. Their search leads them toward a network of kidnappings and a satanic cult.

In Edinburgh, Adam and Cyriac learn that children are being abducted for satanic rituals tied to holy days. Ila's maternal Jewish blood makes her a likely target, increasing urgency. Daisy and Swetha's Kerala connection surfaces as investigators trace the cult's reach.

Daisy reveals membership in a cult that operates across Scotland and Swetha's involvement with it. She explains that Ila is the real target, and that Swetha faced pressure related to a ritual. The cult's high priest Edward Williams is identified through their findings.

Adam and Cyriac raid Edward Williams's house and uncover a photograph of twelve Satanic priests. Adam abducts Edward, tortures him for information, and ultimately kills him by throwing him off the stairs after ensuring he won't threaten Ila.

At Edward's funeral, they learn of Nathan, a Sri Lankan Tamil priest, one of the twelve. Adam follows Nathan, abducts Nathan's daughter to force him to reveal Ila's location. Nathan reveals Ila will be sacrificed in two days at a secret ceremony.

Nathan leads Adam to the ceremonial venue where the sacrifice will take place and introduces him to Dr. Steve, the ruthless high priest alias George Augustine. The countdown tightens as Steve senses danger and tries to locate Ila. The tension mounts as the plan nears execution.

During the Good Friday ritual, Steve's cover is blown and a fierce confrontation erupts. Adam and Cyriac wage war against the cult, killing the priests and rescuing Ila. Nathan dies in the battle while Ila remains unharmed.

Adam survives long enough to ensure Ila's safety but dies from his injuries on the way to safety. Ila learns that Adam was her father's brother, not her father, and Cyriac explains the truth. Adam is buried next to Amy and his mother, and Unni and Swetha vow to tell Ila the full story when she is older.
