Confined to bed rest during her pregnancy, Rachel finds herself increasingly troubled by her neighbor Sandy. As Rachel's unease grows, she questions her own sanity, unsure if her suspicions are a product of paranoia or if Sandy harbors a sinister motive related to her unborn child. The situation escalates, blurring the lines between reality and Rachel's growing fears.
