Elisa makes the difficult decision to arrange a rideshare via an app. She is headed to her parents' home in Calabria for an abortion appointment, setting the stage for the tumultuous journey ahead.

Elisa boards the RV driven by travel blogger Fabrizio, joined by a diverse cast including doctor Riccardo and an outgoing couple, Sofia and Mark. Their different personalities create an interesting dynamic as they set off.

As the journey progresses, Elisa's morning sickness prompts an emergency stop. This incident also causes Mark to take over the driving, a fateful decision that shifts the course of their trip.
