Tuba is a timid officer who prefers the police band’s brass section to street patrols. He is pulled into an extortion case with the reckless detective Rambo Chow. After Rambo is mortally wounded, his spirit returns to push Tuba into avenging him. Backed by partner Cheung, Tuba finally summons the courage to hunt down the criminals.
