Ina Littmann, an ambitious TV talk‑show journalist on “Eye in Eye”, investigates bestselling author Henry Kupfer, who spent eight years in prison for manslaughter before writing about a psychopathic killer. She intends to tie him to a recent series of brutal prostitute murders, becomes both fascinated and repelled, and grows convinced Kupfer is the murderer, planning to expose him live on the program.
