A wooden statue of Lenin mysteriously washes ashore in a small town on the Black Sea. Hoping to boost tourism, the local municipality erects the statue in the town square, planning a grand opening ceremony with the Prime Minister and a Russian delegation. However, the statue is stolen, and two police investigators from Ankara are urgently dispatched to recover it within twelve hours. The quirky townspeople offer surprising explanations for Lenin's disappearance, adding to the comedic chaos of the situation.
