Following a bar fight with an off-duty police officer, a young man is sentenced to three months in a juvenile detention center resembling Hong Kong’s Sha Tsui facility. The institution utilizes military-style rehabilitation, employing harsh methods like insults and abuse. The staff is often bored and jaded, although some genuinely believe in the program’s potential to reform the inmates.
