Four American women on a carefree vacation in the Middle East are suddenly arrested by corrupt army officials. Deprived of a trial and any trace of help, they are dumped into a brutal prison. With no hope of a fair hearing, they must rely on each other to survive the cruel system, where the real ordeal—and twisted fun—begins.
