Eddie (Joe DeRita) and Betty (Christine McIntyre) have just moved into their new home when Betty’s mother (Esther Howard), aunt (Patsy Moran) and brother (Charles Williams) show up and act like permanent boarders. Friend Dick (William Newell) proposes a scheme: he and his wife Ruby (Dorothy Granger) pose as Eddie’s relatives to drive the unwanted guests away. The plan works, but Dick then decides to stay, creating a fresh hassle for the newlyweds.
