Stranded in the suburbs, a student filmmaker named Chloe begins documenting her family’s history. While filming, she and her best friend Ed witness a distressed young woman seemingly fleeing a neighbor’s house, only to be pulled back inside. As Chloe investigates, she questions whether the woman is struggling with drug addiction, as the neighbors claim, or if she's in real danger from those who are supposedly caring for her.
