In a captivating Halloween night in West Hollywood, California, a group of five friends - interior designers Evan London and Harvey Cheng, stockbroker Dave Meadows, spirited spinning instructor Fredrico Sabàto, and fashion-forward Emme Ubach - embark on a whimsical adventure filled with chaos and excitement. Their yearly ritual of joining the lively West Hollywood Halloween Parade on Santa Monica Boulevard has solidified its status as a beloved local tradition.

As the evening before All Hallows’ Eve unfolds, they find themselves grappling with the challenging task of selecting costumes for the grand event. Evan and Harvey, a stylish couple of gay boyfriends and business partners, suggest a playful sushi-themed outfit they lovingly call “wasabi tuna.” However, Emme pitches a bolder idea - dressing up as gang members. Surprisingly, the group decides to go with her suggestion, but their attempts to hunt down authentic outfits in local shops lead to utter disappointment.

In a moment of sheer desperation, the friends resolve to track down real gang members to nail the gritty, street-wise look. Unbeknownst to them, this fateful decision plunges them into a whirlwind of danger and hilarity. Harvey’s relationship with a mysterious Armenian client, whose secretive dealings hint at trouble, inadvertently entangles them in a drug trafficking operation. Dave strikes a deal with Romeo, lending him his lowrider in exchange to borrow Romeo’s prized Porsche, an arrangement that seems innocent but spirals into chaos, leading to a hilarious drive-by shooting scene filled with absurdity. As the pandemonium escalates, reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith, appearing as herself, embarks on a frantic search for her missing pet dog, Sugar-Pie. A troupe of drag queens - Santa Ana Anna Arquette, Eenie Anna Gil, Brown Sugar Anna, and Hot Spicy Anna - mistakenly pin the blame for the dog’s disappearance on Harvey and rally to retrieve Sugar-Pie for Smith, adding layers of complexity to the already chaotic night.

As the hours tick by, the festive atmosphere deteriorates into utter bedlam as an eclectic mix of gang members, drug dealers, drag queens, and law enforcement officials crash into the party, all chasing after the friends.
