Nick Randall, a solitary legend and the best Los Angeles bounty hunter despite hating the work, is a former CIA operative recruited by a former coworker to track terrorist Malak Al Rahim. Unbeknownst to him, Rahim is also hunting Randall, leading to a deadly cat‑and‑mouse chase that culminates in a tense waterfront showdown in the harbor's shadows.
