Ten infects the notorious flirt Ataru with a bizarre alien ailment called “Girl Measles,” which enlarges the victim’s eyes into the sparkling, oversized style typical of young female characters in manga. As Ataru’s relentless pursuit of girls spreads the contagion throughout Tomobiki Town, pandemonium erupts.
