Rendered in 3D CG, the film follows Hikiko, a figure from a Japanese urban legend. Tormented constantly by her parents and classmates in elementary school, she becomes disfigured and horrifically scarred. Fueled by vengeance, she captures schoolchildren and drags them across the floor, leaving them severely mutilated.
