An ode to the decline of underground fame, the film follows Patti Astor as a 20‑year‑old Norma Desmond‑type figure styled after Edie Sedgwick, surrounded by Warhol’s lost children. Scenes drift through hustlers’ meat‑racks, cold spaghetti meals and Taylor Mead’s spastic dance, shot with Mitchell’s campy wit and a loft eye that deflects New York ennui.
