In her new role as queen, Poppy receives an invitation from Barb for a party that is supposed to unify their tribes. Despite her father's warnings about Barb's true intentions, Poppy responds with optimism and hope.

Barb reveals her dark ambitions to dominate all forms of music by creating an enchanted guitar with all six strings. Her plan aims to eradicate musical competition, casting a shadow over the diverse Trolls.
