Set in the remote Scottish Highlands, a therapist named Vance runs a secluded retreat for individuals struggling with deep-seated trauma. Alongside his team, including the experienced Elizabeth and the new recruit John, he leads the patients through rigorous therapy sessions aimed at confronting their most painful memories. As the sessions progress and buried secrets emerge, the distinction between genuine psychological breakthroughs and the descent into psychosis becomes increasingly unclear, threatening the stability of the entire group.
