While traveling through space, Wolfgang encounters a shapeshifting creature that appears as a woman and seduces him aboard his ship. The vessel is forced to land on a penal‑colony planet, where he meets Miranda, who quickly falls for him. Prisoners use Wolfgang and ship to flee, but the monster now dwells inside him, and Miranda’s love can save him.
