Kuttikrishnan (Jagadish), the illegitimate son of businessman Ananthan Nambiar, arrives in Kochi to meet his father, but a mix‑up leaves him penniless on the streets while another young man, Balagopalan (Mukesh), is mistakenly taken for Nambiar’s heir. Determined to reveal the fraud, Kuttikrishnan partners with petty thief Mukundan (Jagathi) and car thief Meenakshi (Annie), who pose as his relatives and move into Nambiar’s house. Meanwhile, the manager Krishnadas schemes to seize Nambiar’s assets.
