Matsugorou Sawamura was a legendary shamisen virtuoso. After his death, grandson Setsu loses his ability to play, feeling the instrument’s voice slip away. He travels to Tokyo for a new resonance, and club worker Tachiki Yuna secures a warm‑up gig for him. Onstage Setsu pours his memories and others’ feelings into the strings, searching for his own sound.
