Third World Cop

Capone is reassigned to Kingston, Jamaica, after his partner is gunned down. He returns to his hometown of Dungle to fight crime and protect the community. This assignment marks the beginning of a dangerous new chapter for him.

On his first day, Capone teams with new partner Floyd to patrol the streets of Dungle. They begin building trust while pursuing early leads into the arms trade. The city remains perilous as criminals operate with impunity.

Capone infiltrates an arms trafficking ring with links to local church ties. A shootout erupts, and Capone kills three smugglers. The operation shows how deeply the ring reaches into the community and puts him directly in harm's way.

While pursuing leads, Capone reunites with his childhood friends Ratty and Rita. Ratty is a producer, and Rita is an old flame. The reunion rekindles past connections and complicates Capone's mission.

Ratty invites Capone to a club, where he is introduced to Ratty's one-handed boss Wonie and glimpses the smuggling operation. Capone learns that Ratty is involved in arms trafficking, though Ratty tries to shield him. This deepens Capone's conflicts as old loyalties clash with the case.

Capone sneaks into the smugglers' car and discovers the gang is using several churches as fronts. This revelation exposes the extent of the operation and its ties to the local community. The risk to Capone grows as he digs deeper.

Capone visits Ratty at his house and confronts the evidence of his involvement, though Ratty tries to deny it. Capone warns him to be careful and consider the consequences of his choices. The scene builds tension between Capone's duty and Ratty's loyalty.

Capone and Floyd raid a warehouse used by Wonie's gang. A childhood acquaintance who works for Wonie is fatally shot, deepening Capone's resolve. Ratty and the other gang members manage to flee amid the chaos.

Wonie is brought in for questioning on cannabis charges, but Capone cannot find solid evidence on his laptop. The lack of proof leads to Wonie's release. Capone's frustration grows as the case stalls.

The police superintendent informs Capone that mercenaries Not Nice and Deportee have been enlisted to take down the gang, though they operate independently from Capone. Not Nice and Deportee will not answer to him, complicating coordination. Capone must navigate competing forces as the crackdown intensifies.

Dressed as a drag queen, Capone tracks Ratty, who has gone into hiding, and persuades him to testify against Wonie. The disguise helps him get close and gather testimony without alerting the gang. This move marks a turning point in the investigation.

Wonie learns of Capone's plan and ambushes Capone and Floyd on the road, with Ratty present. Capone fights off Wonie's henchmen while Floyd apprehends the ringleader. Ratty, fearful of the repercussions for snitching, burns his testimony.

Ratty lunges to shoot Capone but Capone strikes first, killing Ratty. Grief-stricken, Capone mourns the loss of his old friend and walks away into the night. The case ends with Capone continuing his solitary vigil over the city.
