Early the next morning, they enter the Navajo reservation but spot a police cruiser ahead. To escape, Michael drives off the main road and blends in with a cattle herd.

Eluding the authorities, Michael helps place Blue on the path up the mountain toward Skyhorse. Skyhorse directs Blue to the sacred lake, Dibé Nitsaa, where healing awaits.

Blue reaches Skyhorse at the sacred lake and embraces the moment before he disappears into the waters. The mystical act signals a final, transformative healing moment.

Back in Los Angeles, Michael is escorted by police and reunited with his family. The journey ends with a somber sense of closure and unresolved fate for Blue.
