Claire (Laure Marsac), a 16‑year‑old, discovers her father Pierre (Bernard Giraudeau), thought to be a healer, is actually a former combatant with a violent Lebanese‑war past. Fleeing home, she seeks refuge with Kamal (Michal Albertini). As Pierre hunts two terrorists, Claire and Kamal confront Kamal’s abandoned wife and family, showing how war’s devastation reaches even those never on the front lines.
