Set in early 1920s Sweden, strict post‑war alcohol bans have turned a small town into a bootlegging hub. One ruthless boss controls the trade, giving his men only a sliver of the profits and crushing dissent with his henchmen. Newcomer Albert Jansson challenges his rule, sparking a rivalry as police and customs close in to bust the operation.
